Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale guarantees that any information provided for promotional purposes will be treated in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale also communicates that pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 the user data provided at the time of signing the purchase order and/or completing the invoice, are excluded from the consent of the interested party as they are collected on the basis to the fiscal/tax obligations established by the law, by the regulations and by the Community legislation and, in any case, for the sole purpose of fulfilling the obligations deriving from the purchase contract to which it is an interested party and/or for the acquisition of the necessary contractual information always and exclusively activated at the request of the latter (Article 24, Letters A and B, Legislative Decree 196/2003).
In particular, Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale specifies that the personal data provided by its Customers will not be used for the purposes of commercial information and/or for sending advertising material or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication, unless following the prior consent from the Customer.
The data is processed electronically in compliance with the laws in force and may be shown only upon request by the judicial authority or by other authorities authorized for this purpose by law.
The interested party enjoys the rights pursuant to art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003, namely: to request confirmation of the existence at the headquarters of Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale of one's personal data; to know their origin, the logic and the purposes of their treatment; to obtain updating, rectification and integration; to request its cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking in the event of unlawful processing; to oppose their treatment for legitimate reasons or in the case of use of the data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication.
Obtaining the cancellation of your personal data is subject to sending a written communication sent by email - privacy@preludiomoda.it or postal delivery to the company headquarters. The owner of the collection of personal data is Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale, via De Meis 26 – Naples, in the person of its legal representative.

Customers can pay for their orders via one of the following payment methods.
Credit card
Payments by credit card are made via a secure connection; the service provided is managed by Consorzio Triveneto SpA, a leading company in the sector. We invite you to visit www.constriv.it for more information on the Banca group.
Credit Card Security
Since all transactions are processed by the Triveneto Consortium, customers are guaranteed maximum security on the purchase; Your data is never stored in our IT systems.
Customer Service operators are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or validity details; therefore, be wary if someone with bad intentions calls in our name and asks you for such data.
In order to ensure greater protection on purchases made in the e-commerce sector, Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale recommends its customers to join the Verified By Visa or Mastercard Secure code services, requesting a PIN security code with which they can make their purchases in full safety.
For credit card transactions, Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale reserves the right to ask the customer for a copy of an identification document and to possibly request another form of payment (advance bank transfer) without having to justify this request.

Credit Card Charges
If the existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the Bank will instantly send confirmation of the debit of the transaction.
Customers are shown and sent at the same time, by e-mail, an order code and the payment transaction code. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
(Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following timetable: 9.00-17.30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning)
Cash on delivery
Payment on delivery allows the customer to avoid using their credit card or making a bank transfer.
Payment on delivery is subject to a fixed cost of €6. For new customers who make purchases of a certain size, an alternative payment method may be requested.
Bank transfer
Once the order has been confirmed, an email will be sent with the details for making the bank transfer. The transfer takes about 2-3 working days before being received, therefore the shipment is not immediate as in the cases of Credit Card / PayPal / Cash on Delivery. The costs of the transfer are charged to the customer.
PayPal
Through PayPal you can pay your orders by credit/debit card without having to enter your data from time to time. It is a safe, rapid and widespread system all over the world. If you are not registered yet, visit the website www.paypal.it.

RETURNS
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned for size exchange, credit store or refund within 10 days from the shipping date, with the exception of items on sale.
Return Instructions
- Returned items must not show any signs of use and must have the guarantee seals intact.
- Before making the return, you must be authorized by Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale.
- To request return authorization, the Customer must send an email to info@preludiomoda.it within 10 days of receiving the goods, contain the codes of the items to be returned or the order number in the case of a total return; it must be specified if a size change, credit store or refund is requested.
- Once the return request has been received, Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale will send the Customer an email containing the authorization and instructions for the return.
- Return shipments must be made exclusively with the courier that will be indicated in the "Return Instructions" email, otherwise the
shipment may be refused.
- Unauthorized shipments will be refused.
- Shipping costs for size exchange are free, (1 exchange) except for products on sale.
Costs for shipping costs for RETURN WITH REFUND I am:
Italy: 10 Euros
Europe: 25 Euros
Extra EEC: 35 Euros
For EXTRA EEC countries, any import charges or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN SHIPMENTS for refunds requested for countries outside the European Union ARE NOT FREE OF CHARGE. Any import tax and expense is the responsibility of the customer.
The customer can choose 3 types of compensation:
1) Size exchange: it is possible to exchange for a different size of the same item, if available. There is only one free exchange of goods for each authorized return with the exception of products on sale.
1.a) The return is charged to Gima only if defective in the case of a change of size it is to be established at the moment. The cost for shipping is + 9 euros cash payment to the courier
1.b) Returns of perfumes and jewels will not be accepted if the item has clearly been worn.
Reimbursement
2) Refunds will be processed as soon as you complete receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item. The refund amounts will be made with the same payment method made by the customer.
3) Store Credit: can be used only once within 6 months of the return and can only be used for the same type of discount, it cannot be combined with other Store Credits; must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
The return of the items must be received at the headquarters in Corso Ponticelli n° 33 / 35 – zip code 80040 Ponticelli Naples, within 10 days of the written authorization given to the Customer by the Returns department.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The guarantee and protection seal present on the items being returned must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and not show any signs of any kind, the safety stamp/label affixed to the soles and/or any other part of the shoes must not be removed, nor altered in color and shape.
Each garment must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories, received with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
Returns must be sent inside the Preludio Moda box.
In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale, he is required to follow the same instructions as above.
Gima Fashion srl Unipersonale reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods.
Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the Customer if the transparent hygiene protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.
Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions. Acceptance of such returns in any case involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
Gima Fashion SRL Unipersonale will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
